Refund policy

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after access or delivery, except as required by applicable law. The software and its license key are digital products delivered immediately after payment, so purchases generally cannot be cancelled or returned once delivered, subject to applicable legal rights. Please ask us any questions before buying.

If a payment is debited but you receive no email, or you are charged twice for the same order, write to us with your payment reference and we will resolve it, including correcting a duplicate charge.

Delivery

After payment is confirmed, a private download and activation link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes. Check your spam folder. If it does not arrive, contact us and we will resend it. Each link allows a limited number of downloads and license generations.

Terms of use

• Each license is for one computer and for the plan purchased (Annual, 3 Years or Lifetime). Lifetime means the lifetime of the licensed version.
• You may not copy, resell, share or redistribute the software or license keys.
• The software stores data on your own computer. You are responsible for taking regular backups.
• GST reports and exports are working aids. You and your tax professional are responsible for verifying figures before filing any return.
• The software is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Privacy

At checkout we collect your name, email, mobile number and optional GSTIN to deliver the product, issue your license, send support messages and keep our sales records. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and we do not see or store your card or UPI details. We do not sell your information. Your billing data entered in the software stays on your own computer and is not sent to us. To ask about or correct your information, email us.
